Starry Night

Fireflies, stars, and a meteor. I spent several nights searching for a good density of fireflies, until I discovered this meadow where they were absolutely fantastic, sparkling brightly under Polaris (the North Star). The final image is a composite of 1,200 photos taken over two hours and twenty minutes, ending at 2 a.m.
